I’m Rachel, founder of LeadBloom ISA, and I’ve spent the last 15+ years in real estate learning what actually creates consistent results, and what quietly breaks them.
I’ve worked as a solo agent, a team member, a team leader and eventually transitioned to inside sales, which means I’ve had thousands of real conversations with buyers and sellers. Those conversations taught me something I will always stand on: most leads are not “bad.” Most agents are not “doing it wrong.” What usually gets in the way is the weight of trying to do everything at once, and the reality that follow-up requires consistency on the days you feel stretched thin.
Early in my career, I came into real estate with an inside sales background, so prospecting and outreach felt more natural to me than it does for most. Later, I had the opportunity to help launch a lead generation business and run the ISA department. We produced appointments consistently, but I kept seeing the same heartbreak: strong leads slipping through the cracks because agents didn’t have a simple system to keep momentum moving, or they were so busy taking care of everyone else that their own follow-up became the thing that always got pushed to “tomorrow.”
That experience is what shaped LeadBloom, and it is also what shaped me as a coach. I care deeply about helping women build businesses that are both successful and sustainable. Not the kind of success that requires you to be glued to your phone, living in constant reaction mode, and feeling guilty about what you didn’t get done. The kind of success that comes from structure, support, and clear habits you can maintain even in full seasons of life.
